Produce performance reports at the aggregate and campaign levels. Reports should include business context and top-level insights into the data to be delivered to the appropriate teams.
Effectively respond to ad hoc report and analysis requests from the internal clients.
Modify queries using SQL, SAS and analytics tools to pull data from our Customer Data Warehouse to develop reporting and answer routine business questions.
Establish a relationship with internal client teams as a trusted resource and provider of key marketing data and analytics.
Develop skills in data visualization and reports tools to improve clarity of reporting for clients.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related area of study.
Experience in data reporting.
Strong analytical and computer skills needed, specifically Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present reporting data to business users at the Manager/Director/VP level.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working with quantitative analytics desired.
Knowledge of Web analytics tools such as Coremetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics or similar a plus.
