Let’s face it, we all love reading those “feel-good” internet stories, right? Samsung has given us just that by giving one lucky fan a free customized Samsung Galaxy S III. It all all started when a 26 year old man by the name of Shane left a short but cute comment on Samsung’s Facebook page. He explained to them how much of a Samsung fan he is and all of the different Samsung products he’s owned throughout the years. To make things sweeter, he added a drawing of a green “Reptar” like dragon that he drew himself. Soon after, Samsung replied and added in a drawing of a kangaroo.
Needless to say, the conversation went viral thanks to Reddit and provided smiles to many people. While we all thought the story ended there, upon the story going viral Shane actually received a message from Samsung Canada stating that he should expect a delivery from them in a few days. Shortly after, Shane received his very own one-of-a-kind Samsung Galaxy S III. It wasn’t just any Galaxy S III, it was a special customized S III that not only had a custom backart, but also a special background wallpaper that matches up the artwork on the bezel. Samsung Canada says it’s the only one of its kind, and rightfully so.
