eService tools. Candidate will develop programs designed to increase ATT.com/myATT.com logins, increase online
bill payments and drive paperless sustainment efforts, as well as support other corporate-wide initiatives. Position will
measure efforts for non-authenticated traffic as well as logins, traffic generation, etc
Overall Purpose: Develop, plan and implement overall digital internet marketing strategies to optimize the customer
experience, increase marketing effectiveness, drive acquisitions and improve customer satisfaction.
Summary of Key Roles and Responsibilities: Executes online marketing programs for ecommerce and ecare such as;
online display advertising inclusive of the use of video, search optimization (paid, natural, site side search), affiliate
marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing, social and community networking, and visual marketing to create buzz,
drive traffic and generate downloads, logins and sales. Gathers and translates ideas into profitable, promotional marketing
campaigns. Administers and executes online promotions. Conducts analysis for program effectiveness and uses the
findings for site, landing page enhancements and to leverage optimization of all programs and tactics. Work closely
with media and advertising agency, marketing and product teams, web design, development teams and usability teams.
Ensure that digital marketing strategy supports business strategy. Highly skilled with extensive proficiency in marketing.
Works on complex projects. Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. Education:
