Position Summary:
The Online New Home Sales Representative will assist team ingenerating sales leads through the KB website and customer and realtor phone calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
•Follow up on all sales leads received via internet and phone in less than 1hour. Enter time and date of contact with potential buyer into company tracking system. Sets appointments for Offsite or Onsite sales counselor
•Weekly follow-up call or email with customers until home is purchased or customer purchases elsewhere. Completes accurate required paperwork and computer entries
•Manage “Live Chat
•Continually develop new customer pipeline by looking for viable new prospects through evaluation of online sourcing options. Creative with recommendations on generating new traffic suggestions through web outreach.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certifications/Licenses
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Current local real estate license required (specific states only) .
Experience
•Previous sales experience preferred;
•Customer Service Experience
•Web Communications Experience
•Social Media Experience
•Homebuilding sales experience preferred
