Preeclampsia occupied one of the highest ranking cause of maternal mortality. And one of the risk factors for preeclampsia are less exposed to sperm. Preeclampsia, or toxemia is a disease of high blood pressure (hypertension) in pregnancy are accompanied by protein in the urine after 20 weeks (5 months). Preeclampsia with seizures called eclampsia.
Preeclampsia is a complication of pregnancy that can be dangerous for both mother and fetus. But pregnancy complications can be prevented by diligent taking probiotics.
Determination of severity of Preeclampsia in 75% of cases has mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia in 25% of them.Preeclampsia has very severe effect ,such as liver and renal failure, disseminated intravascular coagulopathy, and also central nervous system abnormality.Eclampsia is a preeclampsia related seizures, and the disorder called eclampsia.
Severe preeclampsia is defined as the presence of symptoms with preeclampsia. In severe preeclampsia blood pressure is bigger than160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure is bigger than 110 mm Hg by checking two times.
.Proteinuria more than 5 g for 24 hours
.Pulmonary edema
.Oliguria
.Headaches
.Pain on epigastric ,Thrombocytopenia, lower liver function
.It effects to fetal growth as a oligohydramnios or placental abruption
A new study has found that pregnant women who regularly consume milk or yogurt with the content of ‘good’ bacteria (probiotics) less likely to suffer from complications of late pregnancy, known as preeclampsia.
These disorders are likely to affect about 5 percent of all pregnant women and can be dangerous if not addressed, because it can lead to maternal seizures or even coma.
In this study, researchers analyzed more than 33,000 pregnant women were compared with those not taking probiotics. After taking into account other factors such as body weight, education, and smoking, the consumption of probiotics can reduce the risk of preeclampsia 20 percent lower.
The results of this study provide a correlation between the intake of probiotics with higher risk or lower risk of preeclampsia, hanrus therefore investigated further.
Consuming probiotics during pregnancy is fairly safe, so clinical trials can test whether women who consume probiotics so have a lower risk of preeclampsia. To make sure it has to do with probiotic capsules containing a number of bacteria that can be regulated than through food.
In theory, probiotics can influence the risk of preeclampsia by boosting the immune system. The results of this study have been dilaprokan in the American Journal of Epidemiology.
But until now no one knows the best way to prevent preeclampsia, so experts urge pregnant women to conduct routine checks on a regular basis. If something goes wrong then the doctor can immediately take action, because the earlier a baby is the only cure for preeklamps.
There are some factors which can effect to the preeclampsia ,the incidence of preeclampsia is higher in women with a history of multiple gestations, chronic hypertension, renal disease, preeclampsia, spontaneous preterm delivery.Maternal age another important factor for the development of preeclampsia women aged 35 years and older have a markedly increased risk of preeclampsia.other factors which plays important role in preeclampsia is race,in the United States, the incidence of preeclampsia is 1.8% among white women and 3% in black women.
